  1. Click Account Settings on the button on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click + Create Class.
  3. Enter the education level and class name, then click Create Class.
  4. You will be directed to a new page.
  5. Click + Add Student on the button on the right side.
  6. You will be directed to a new page to enter your student's information.
  7. Enter the student's name, ID number, username, and password.
  8. Click Add to confirm the student's data is correct.
  9. Once done, click Save Data.
  10. Your student can immediately access the student portal with the username and password created.
Yes, you can upload a file in Excel format to create student accounts. Please contact our team to get the appropriate format. Ensure that the file you use is correct so that it can be read by the system.
There might be an error or format discrepancy in the file you uploaded. You can manually add the student data in the available columns to ensure everything is correctly registered.
Name: Ensure it contains only alphabets. Student ID: Ensure it contains only numbers. Username: Can consist of alphabets and numbers, with a minimum of 6 characters. Password: Should only use numbers, with a minimum of 6 characters.
Make sure all data is filled out correctly and there are no duplicate entries. If you still encounter issues, try using a different username.
You can update student data within 1 month from the account activation date. Make sure all entered data is correct before the deadline. To make changes, go to the class you created, select the student’s name you want to edit, click Edit, and make the necessary updates.

Student's Account

  1. Click the “Assessment Test” button on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click the “Assign Test” button on the right side of the screen.
  3. First, select the class.
  4. A list of students in the selected class will appear.
  5. Select the students you want to assign the test to by checking the box next to their names.
  6. To assign the test to the entire class, check the box next to “No” on the left.
  7. Choose the test category, such as class, semester, and type of assessment test.
  8. Click “Send Assessment.”
  9. The selected students will receive a notification in their accounts.
Yes, all assessment test questions for each semester and level are already available and have been tailored to match the learning materials provided.
When you assign a test, you can preview the available questions along with their answer keys before sending them to the students.
Yes, you can assign the same test category to the same account again.

LearningRoom Test scores are derived from questions provided by LearningRoom, while School Test scores are based on the questions you create yourself for your students.

Assessment Test

Duration in the student progress report indicates the amount of time a student has spent completing a topic. It helps monitor how long a student spends learning each topic.
The score shown for each topic represents the grade a student receives after completing all activities within that topic. This score reflects the final outcome of the student's learning for that specific topic.
Go to the Student Progress page for the desired student. You will see a "Download Certificate" button. Select the level for which you want to download the certificate. You will be directed to a page to confirm that all information is correct. Click "Download" on the right side of the screen, and the certificate will be automatically downloaded in PDF format.
You can only download the certificate for the level that the student has completed. Make sure that the student has finished all the topics, which are marked with scores for each topic, and has completed both the Pre-test and Post-test.
Learning content is a feature in LearningRoom for Teachers that allows educators to present a variety of interactive learning activities in the classroom. This feature includes English exercises and access to eBooks to support the learning process.
Learning content consists of a series of digital learning activities including videos, songs, audio, spelling, and more. On the other hand, eBooks are digital books provided by LearningRoom that can be accessed and used as supplementary learning materials.
LearningRoom is designed to allow students to learn in a fun and engaging way while they play. However, it can be very helpful if you supervise them to maximize their learning experience and provide additional support during the learning process.
LearningRoom can be accessed anytime according to your needs.
LearningRoom does not have a time usage limit. You and your students can access and use LearningRoom anytime and for as long as needed, according to your learning needs and schedule.

Yes, you can send student progress reports to parents by following these steps:

  1. Open student's progress report.
  2. Click "Send Report" at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter recipient email, click "CONTINUE".
  4. The PDF report will be sent.
  • LearningRoom Test: Results from LearningRoom-provided assignments/exams.
  • School Test: Results from teacher-created tests.

Topic scores reflect a student's final results after completing all activities in that topic, showing their learning achievement.

Duration shows time spent by students to complete each topic, helping monitor their learning pace.

You can download student level certificates by following these steps:

  1. Open progress report.
  2. Click "DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE".
  3. Select a level.
  4. Click "DOWNLOAD" to save the certificate for that level.

The student certificate will display the following information:

  • Certificate level.
  • Student's name & profile picture (as shown in the Student Portal).
  • Download date of the certificate.

Level certificates only become available after:

  1. Student completes all topics in a level (all topics show scores).
  2. Student finishes both Pre-test and Post-test.

The Teacher Portal Leaderboard ranks students by points earned in Student Portal, with two types:

  • School: Rankings within your school.
  • National: Indonesia-wide rankings.

You can access the leaderboard by following these steps:

  1. Open the "Student’s Progress" menu, click "LEADERBOARD" (top-right).
  2. Select education level (Elementary/Junior/Senior High).
  3. Top 10 students display with photos, usernames and points.

There are three features available in Teacher Portal:

  • LearningRoom Content contains materials and learning methods identical to what students receive in Student Portal (videos, songs, spelling, audio, games, etc.).
  • Ebooks are digital learning materials in book format.
  • Syllabus contains learning guides for each semester.

Use interactive learning content by following these steps:

  1. Open "Learning Content" menu, select material by target level/semester.
  2. A pop-up window with material information will appear - click "CONTINUE".
  3. Choose your preferred learning method.
  4. Click the info button (top-right) to read usage instructions.

Access ebooks by following these steps:

  1. Open "Ebook" menu, select material by target level.
  2. Click "Learning Content and Practice Question" to enter the digital book.

Access syllabus by following these steps:

  1. Open "Syllabus" menu, select material by target level/semester.
  2. Click "View Syllabus" for complete version.
  3. Or click "View Summary" for abbreviated version.

The syllabus includes semester learning guides:

  • Overview,
  • Learning Objectives,
  • Target Vocabulary,
  • Key Phrases,
  • Learning Methods Overview.

Use interactive learning content by following these steps:

  1. Open the "Learning Content" menu and select material by level and semester.
  2. A pop-up with material information will appear - click "CONTINUE".
  3. Click the download button (bottom-right corner) for your chosen learning method.
  4. Access downloaded content offline at https://teacher.learningroom.id/.

Downloaded LearningRoom content will remain accessible in offline mode for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days following the download date.

School Reports

In the "School Performance" menu, you can view the overall progress of your students, including pre-test and post-test assessments, account usage, and the number of students who have completed certain levels.

Access school reports by following these steps:

  1. Open "School Performance" menu, select the class.
  2. View all student activity in dashboard format.
